Spring Equinox is a time to celebrate the rebirth and renewal of the earth. As the days become longer the earth wakes up and sprouts back to life.

This is also a time that our energy moves from the more internal, yin qualities to more energized and outward yang energy.

We’ll celebrate the season on this potent astronomical day with

• A tea ceremony built on ancient traditions

Tea is the earth’s original plant medicine. To honor the energy of spring, we’ll drink tea that has an activating, yang energy.
